Excellent. My husband died recently and I’ve had to have 3 houses reappraised to “date of death”.They are in 3 different counties. Bart was much more efficient than the other appraisers. Quick texts 3 times. Showed up on time and he’s friendly. Appraisal paperwork arrived via e-mail within a few days. Cost was very reasonable. Sacramento County.
