After submitting requests to three companies in the Sacramento area the only response came from Sactown Appraisals. I received a text and email from Bart almost immediately and scheduled an appointment for an appraisal in North Highlands. Bart was prompt and courteous while completing his assessment in less than an hour. I received his completed appraisal the next day in an email.
