After submitting requests to three companies in the Sacramento area the only response came from Sactown Appraisals. I received a text and email from Bart almost immediately and scheduled an appointment for an appraisal in North Highlands. Bart was prompt and courteous while completing his assessment in less than an hour. I received his completed appraisal the next day in an email. I would highly recommend this very professional and reliable company.
So easy to work with Bart at Sactown Appraisals. Had to have a retro appraisal completed from 2004. Bart was able to complete it in less than a week. The appraisal was in line with what I thought it would be. AI can be helpful at this point. Would highly recommend Sactown Appraisals.
